What payment options do you offer?

At RPSCREEN, we accept payments via cash or bank transfer. Payment is collected after the installation is completed. Once you confirm your order, we will send you an invoice with payment details and instructions. Additionally, for orders over £500, we offer the option to pay in 3 installments.

Can your screens be made to custom sizes?

Yes, all of our pleated and fixed screens are custom-made to fit the dimensions of your windows or doors. We take precise measurements to ensure a perfect fit for your space.

How do I clean and maintain my screens?

Cleaning and maintaining your screens is quite easy. You can use a soft brush or a vacuum cleaner to remove dust and debris. For pleated screens, it’s also important to clean the tracks from dirt and dust. For a more thorough cleaning, gently wash the screens with soapy water and rinse with clean water.
